Responsible for managing the finances of the handled school, which includes balancing budgets, preparing financial reports, keeping detailed financial records and processing employees compensation.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Financial Accounting
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With at least 2 years of related experience in general accounting

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must be knowledgeable in financial policies, accounting procedures, principles, and reporting system
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Works closely with the Audit Manager and Corporate Auditor in the day-to-day operations of the Internal Audit Group. He/She shall be responsible to conduct the audit of STI Head Office, STI Schools and its affiliates in conformance to the Annual Internal Audit Plan under the guidelines of the Internal Audit Framework.  

 

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy 
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • With at least a year of related experience in general accounting
  • Advantage if with Audit experience

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must be knowledgeable in financial policies, accounting procedures, principles, and reporting system
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Provides assistance to Campus Development Manager in terms of technical and administrative works of the Company.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must be able to generate project estimate and scope of works
  • Must be knowledgeable with government standard and specification
  • Must be able to prepare shop drawing and space planning
  • Must be proficient in Autocad, MS Office Application and Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw

Directs project evaluation and comprehensive review of identified opportunities for merits; and presents and sells to the Management Team for sponsorship of resources.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or Management
  • Preferably with a Master’s Degree or at least pursuing a Master’s Degree aligned with the undergraduate course
  • With at least 5 years of experience in managing a Corporate Planning unit

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to  identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to analyze client/partner requirements and sell solutions
  • Ability to monitor performance goals and measures
  • Knowledgeable in project development and management

Leads, instructs and motivates individuals or groups in exercise activities. As fitness trainer, they design and carry out workout routines specific to the needs of their clients.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Physical Education
  • Must have a certification as gym instructor, with at least 1 year related experience

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to listen carefully to what clients tell them to determine the client's fitness levels and desired fitness goals.

 

Works with the Technical Writer to create online learning modules and live web-based training sessions, instructor-led training guides, and supporting materials following an instructional design process. 

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree related to instructional design
  • Experience in developing instructional strategies and the appropriate structure; pre-class activities, presentations, learner’s participation, practice problems, case studies, and evaluations is a must

 Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Ability to recommend instructional media that provides utility and probability across and within each unit of instruction
  • Ability to discuss learning theories, instructional design strategies, instructional psychology, and learning styles appropriate to the curricular objectives
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information

The Programmer enables stakeholders to access information for increased learning and productivity. S/he analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and maintains information systems. S/he works closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver to them the appropriate solution.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science;
  • With hands-on experience on programming using .NET or JAVA technologies;
  • With at least one-year experience in software development, advantage if with experience developing HRIS and payroll systems.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledge in database management using MSSQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
  • Knowledge in SSRS or Crystal Reports
  • Knowledge of Software Development Processes and methodologies like Waterfall or Agile
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skills in self-development to keep-up-to-date with fast-changing trends

The Research Head leads and oversees the development of the Learning Materials (curriculum, courseware, and standard periodical examinations) of STI programs. He/she ensures that the content and teaching methodologies of the Learning Materials are accurate, relevant, and effective; and are timely delivered to all STI schools. As such, he/she is expected to work closely with the Instructional Designer, Content Developers and the Head of Academic Research in monitoring the development of the Learning Materials.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education
  • Preferably with a Master’s Degree or at least pursuing a Master’s Degree aligned with the undergraduate course
  • Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) passer

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Preferably held an Assistant Principal position or at a minimum Grade Level Subject Coordinator
  • Must have strong research and communication skills
  • Must be able to create system processes as needed
  • Must have good inter-personal skills
  • Must be able to work with a team
  • Must be able to think critically and creatively
  • Must be able to work under pressure

Enables stakeholders to access information for increased learning and productivity; provides system support services and maintains the efficiency and effectiveness of the information systems; and works closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs in order to deliver to them the right services.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses;
  • With at least 1 year experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in any ERP system preferably Oracle and/or PeopleSoft;
  • Knowledgeable in Crystal reports, XML or BI Publisher;

Develops learning materials (curriculum, courseware, and standard periodical examinations) that are accurate, relevant, updated, and adheres to curricular standards; and works closely with the Research Head to ensure that the courseware and exam development processes, policies, and work instructions are adhered to.

Engages in activities for courseware development enrichment such as observation of actual courseware implementation and/or teaching of developed/validated courseware.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education major in Physical Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and other relevant courses
  • Preferably with a Master’s Degree or at least pursuing a Master’s Degree aligned with the undergraduate course
  • Advantage if Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) passer

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Preferably with teaching experience
  • Strong research, writing, proofreading, and editing skills

  • Preferably with teaching experience
  • Strong research, writing, proofreading, and editing skills

Assists STI schools & Head Office on various treasury requirements. Monitors school cash position report and transfer of excess cash on a regular basis. Assists CFO on various reports for management use and provides administrative support and project coordination.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must be knowledgeable in financial policies, accounting procedures, principles, and reporting system
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Assists the Web Administrator in enhancing the company’s website. 

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts or Multi-media related courses

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable on ASP, .NET, PHP, MS Access, MSSQL, HTML, CSS &. jQuery
  • Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
